Crystal Ball Holder

What do you use to hold that precious Crystal Ball or Gazing Ball that you love so dearly. This is made almost totally from recycled items. The glass flower used to belong to a lamp, the silver aluminum outer petals were from Christmas lighting decorations, recycled buttons, jewelry pieces and chains with even the bottom covered in recycled silvered leather. I never throw anything away without first trying to think of a way to recycle.

Cat-alicious

This poor little girl secrets untold, lost her mind and lost her head.

Is it just me or does everyone have strange dreams when there is a full moon? I've noticed that my dreams are somewhat odd during the full moon and milder when there is very little of the moon showing. I know people get into more trouble then and fight more that usual. That's been proved by our police report logs anyway. However much trouble it may cause the full moon is still the most beautiful of all the many moon fashion shows it puts on for us.

"Erotic" This is supposed to be the most viewed word in the U.S. of A, does that scare anyone but me? This beaded girl in the middle of all this is my newest reincarnated doll and I decided this time to leave her braided hair down. She has jingle bells in her hair that actually jingle, sounds like this are supposed to distract evil spirits and keep them from causing mayhem in your presence while you jingle the bells all around you. Keep her by your computer or desk to keep chaos from entering your space at home or at work. I made one for my personal use that I use to jingle at my computer when it slows down and if that doesn't work I throw socks at my computer, the smellier the better.

Southwest colors such as turquoise, blue, silver, bronze and amber have always had a special place in my heart paired of course with a good (or bad) dose of black. This beaded necklace lariat was hand strung into an extra long length which can be also used as a belt. The story behind the piece is that the beads themselves chose to be together. I put a lot of beads together and then I poured out a number of them thinking that whatever those were would be the only type of beads I would use. So putting one of each kind in an old bottle and then taking those that poured out first to design the necklace. I had red beads in the bottle and bright yellow, but none of these poured out. Fate decided the design.

Wishing all those Blogirthday Peeps out there a "Happy, Happy Birthday Baby" and wishing you many, many more. I saw this picture at Magical Graphics and just had to figure out a way to use it. I spent yesterday my "Thank God it's Fun Friday" doing something not so fun. My hubby and I have taken over the chore of doing the yard work for our Favorite Uncle here in Salem (he's 80 something) and I am sore in places I didn't know could get sore! So, I am moving a little slower today, but it was wonderful working in the soil and seeing all the flowers coming up in his gardens around his home. I brought three of his bird houses home with me so I could clean, sand, repair and paint them. Lucky Birds!
