Life Long Haunting Hallucinations and Sleep Paralysis

I am very lucky that my visitor doesn't do much except sit on my bed at night and then get up and sit back down over and over. He does it sometimes five or six times then just stops. I never see him, never hear him. I kind of like the idea that even when I am alone I am not ever really alone at night. I see him as a guardian, and even my hubby has felt him sit on the bed. And yes we did buy a whole new bed, and still he sits and gets up and sits again.
